All BOOX devices purchased through our Euro Shop come with a 2-year limited warranty, covering manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions under normal use.

Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy. The device must be in its original packaging and in like-new condition to qualify for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
